I don’t believe in Santa but I definitely believe in Steve (the repair tech) lol! Someone gave me a hot tub and of course it did not work after getting it wired up. Steve figured it out in literally minutes. Anytime I’ve had a question, concern, or issue MiMi and the whole team have been absolutely amazing! Napa Valley Hot Tubs is amazing! My wife and I have always wanted a hot tub. I will admit, we were on a tight budget of approximately 6k for the tub, tub install, foundation pad, electrical hookup, etc. Napa Valley Hot Tubs made it happen! They have continued to provide us with excellent customer service, chemical lessons, and all the support that we need as new hot tub owners. I have an older hot tub so I wasn't sure if I could get the right part, but it was in stock and they even took the time to explain how to install it. My hot tub works perfectly now. Great experience replacing my Hot Tub! Napa Valley Hot Tub's customer service is First Class! Mimi and Sean go above and beyond to deliver customer satisfaction. My 20 year old hot tub needed to be replaced. I went in to Napa Valley Hot Tub and was greeted warmly by Mimi. She gave me some options for replacement. Sean came to my home and measured and made a recommendation for a new hot tub. The installation went well and I had a few maintenance concerns that were all resolved. I have had the pleasure of working with Lois and Steve twice now. Each for separate issues on my tiger hot tub. As far as service I will use no one else. Their customer service is outstanding and so is there service. The first time it was such a minor issue I'm embarrassed to give details but let's say Steve found it in minutes. To top it off they squeeze me into their busy schedule. You see I was suffer from the effects of chemo and the tub was my life saver. Last week, my jets quit working and one call to Lois and bless her heart Steve would come as soon as he could....that day after a full 10 hours in this heat. He found the problem, tore the tub down but....left the tub so I could at least soak while he repaired the pump. Yesterday Steve had everything ready and as I have gone back to work not til after 5. He came and worked til almost 8:30. What service and it is so very appreciated and also very easy on my pocket book. I will use no others!!!
